Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product and being Parallel import stock, we regret no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
No claims are made on these products and no false promises. They are to be ordered and bought at your own discretion.
Shipping policy
Once an order has been placed with us, we will begin to process your order which takes 1 – 3 working days. Sceted4u uses Aramax Couriers and can deliver across South Africa.
After your parcel has been handed over to Aramax, you will receive a tracking number and you’ll be able to start tracking your order. Your order will take 1-5 working days to be delivered depending on where you stay in South Africa. Please note: All delivery companies do not work on weekends
Reseller
If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please email us on info@scented4u.co.za so that we can provide you with all information required in becoming a reseller. You will also receive discounts from us depending on the number of fragrances you purchase.
